Terms and Conditions

A referred practice is only classed as such when the Practice is not currently part of a paid RP4 subscription Or previously been a member of RP4.
Referral reward – A GoCardless DD mandate must be set up once the referred Practice signs up to RP4 membership for a minimum of 3 months.
Referrals made to RP4 must come in the form of a completed website form GoCardless- link.
£100 – will be awarded within 90 days of the Referred Practice signing their GoCardless DD mandate.
We will need the bank details of the person who has made the referral, to make the payment to.
If a practice is referred to RP4 by another referring practice, then the first referral will be deemed the referrer.
RP4 reserve the right to change the monetary referral sum given for any new referral.
RP4 reserve the right to withdraw the offer or change any of the terms and conditions without notice at any time.
Referrals of Practices within your Practice Group will not qualify for the referral reward, however you will be entitled to a multisite discount.
